Trees, pollen, cats, dogs, really any animal with fur, grass, dust, mold, flowers brought me in. I liked to joke that if it grew, I was allergic to it. The biggest improvement would be in my psoriasis. I never thought that I would say that, I should have taken before pictures. The difference is really amazing. My asthma is also much improved. Usually during spring months I need to be on a steroid inhaler plus daily allergy pills. I am taking less medications. I notice that I can go outside and breathe easier, less sneezing attacks, and itch watery eyes. For the first time I don't dread being outdoors.
